:/ i want to cut so bad i had a panic attack :( i need too keep the butterfly's alive :(

I'm sorry about your panic attack... those are never fun :/ It's good you have a bit of motivation though with the butterfly. Is there something you can do to distract yourself until the urges pass?

Yes, do anything you can to distract yourself. Stay on here, and don't read anything triggering. Do things that have nothing to do with self harm, and that have no way of realting to it. This phase will pass, and you will be able to do it.

Calm down, slow deep breaths so you can think straight.

You don't want this, you don't need this. Distract yourself with something you like, art, singing, running, dancing, sports, writing, anything :hug:

Hey there, keep that butterfly being just as beautiful as you are....hey honey, it is hard, I have been through this more times than I can count but remeber it will get harder before it gets better. You have shown such strength and so much accomplishments. You can do it, I know you can.

Find something else to do, paint, color, I colored and faught martial arts, mine was triggered by anger. I have been free for 5+ years, I know you can do it.

thank you all for being so supportive :) i managed too distract myself with art i drew what i felt :D

That always helps. Doing anything non self harm related: listening to music, drawing (anything), even a jog or run could do it.
