Ok let's start withthe basics.
I'm 5'10
I weight 163lbs.....
So kind heavy(also I'm not that strong)
But my dad thinks I should wrestle and I have considered it. My only problem is that I know a lot of guys on the team so will they give me shit?
Also will I be physically fit enough or not?

....He is talking about high school wrestling also known as folk style, not the people hitting each other with chairs.
Back to the main subject though even if you are not that strong as long as your at least in the norm you should be fine. You will most likely wrestle Jv which, in my area, tends to be people that are at the newbie caliber. Just forewarning though it will not be easy and the first 2 weeks will be hell.
(btw height means very little im also 5'10 like you but im 190. Being short and stocky will help you out more then you think.)

Hey Swag I usually never post around here but I'd love to answer your question as I'm 14 and I've been wrestling since 1st grade.
First off, wrestling is an incredible sport. I believe it mentally and physically helps you, I'll admit the practices are tough so get in fair shape before you join but if you stay dedicated and work hard in practice you will cut alot of weight and achieve a great body. YOU HAVE TO GIVE IT YOUR ALL! I'm a sophmore and I weigh 150 and i am 5"7' tall.
Don't worry about anyone giving you shit for joining wrestling, you'd get shit for joining basketball which I personallly think it's a pussy alternative to wrestling. Any questions just hit me up bro

I started wrestling last year, I was 5'11 and 205(a mix of fat and muscle). I was terrible, like most people their first year. This year I am 6'1 and going to be 220, currently I am at 240 because of football. I feel like I have gotten better, infact I beat one of our teams best kids yesterday not really trying. I never get "shit" from other people(probably because I am big). If you get "shit" for wrestling, ignore them.

Disregard what that last kid said about spandex, briefs work well..boxers too but might make it a bit uncomfortable. Singlets don't feel much different..like sleeping in pajamas :D

If you weights 45 pounds in 1st grade, you would have been like skin and bones at that height.

Wrestling is a great sport.. im about 5ft 11in and about 210 lbs. but im stacked from wrestling... it keeps you in great shape... the practices are tough sometimes... but thats the only way the coaches can prepare you for the mat... this is going to be like my third year wrestling... im a sophmore and will prob be on varsity team at my highschool...and yes a singlet is kinda weird at first... but you get used to it... just wear compression shorts with it and you will be fine.. thats what i do
