Puberty is a very tricky and odd thing! Puberty is different for everyone, One might start by getting hair under their arms or they might start with voice change. Puberty is a very time consuming process and can be a bit annoying. Your only 14 years old, you still have plenty of time, puberty for males can go from as early to 11ish to as late as early 20's. So don't stress over it, you will grow, just give it time.

Really wouldn't call him a "Late Bloomer" as he is only 14 years of age. He still has roughly 7 years left in growing, now if he said he was 16 then I would say your right.

Well to start off, I think 14 is rather young to have sex, but thats not me to decide. As for pleasing her, you should be fine. Be smart and think before you act! Having a child at 14-15 isn't what most teenagers want.

To be honest, you should probably wait. You shouldn't run the risk of getting your girlfriend pregnant at 14-15 years old. Especially if you can't wear a condom.

No! Don't do it. You'd ruin your life. That is unless you want a boy/girl.

I'm in exactly the same situation as you. You can try smaller-sized condoms, but they are likely to be too big at this point.
The only workaround I found is holding the condom with two fingers so it doesn't fall off during intercourse. There little else you can do apart waiting for your penis to grow, unfortunately. It is not convenient, but it doesn't prevent you to "please a girl" - and there are many other ways to do that than sex ;)

I was also 3 inches at 14. Then puberty took over. Before I was 15 I was already 6 inches then now, it's a little over 6

It seems, that's a difficult thing to handle.

All I could suggest is for you to just wait until it starts to develop.
Some parts really grow ahead than the rest.

Some guys don't even start puberty until 14 and the fact that you have pubic hair and other stuff means you have already started. Even so, you're a bit of a late bloomer. No big deal because everyone develops differently. Eventually the people who started early will stop growing and you will catch up. Patience...

You should not worry about your penis size right now because you are only 14 and your penis will grow till you are 20 or even more than that. And you should not try increasing your penis size by penis enhancers till you are mature.
