How much taller do you get during a growth spurt? Also how many spurts do you have during puberty?

I grew like three inches in one summer that was the only spurt I had. Still grew some but just a bit.

The height that you accumulate during a growth spurt can very from person to person, there are no actual set amounts that you will grow, the amount you grow will depend on genetics mostly.

well when i was 12 i was 4'9 and now am 5'6, so i think i had my growth spurt

I have grown 2 cm in the past 2 months and was just wondering if that is the normal growth rate, thats why I asked in the first place.

I don't really remember one specific growth spurt but i grew like 4 inches in one year

umm like in the last year and a half ive grown a lot...like last christmas i was like 5'2-5'3 now im 5'11

I probably have grown 5 inches in the last two years or so. Some people dont grow really quickly in a short time period. Just depends on your body.

It really depends on the person, some people like me grow a whole lot really fast, others grow little by little over long periods of time. I personally went from 5'2 at 8th grade graduation in june, to 5'11 on my birthday in october of the same year.

when i was 14 i was like 5'2ish then grew about 7" ...now im 5'9

Well before puberty I was like 4 foot 9 and now I'm 6 feet even. I've had maybe 2? It differs.

I don;t know how much I grew, I think I've been growing pretty evenly. Im around 6' now hoping to get taller maybe 6'4 haha

It varies WIDELY. I was a tall/average height kid until eighth grade, when my voice changed and I had a 3 inch growth spurt and I'm in the higher tier now. I'm 5'10.

I grew dramatically around the 12, 13, 14 timeframe and then it kinda leveled off. I was the tall kid, but my growing really slowed down after that and everyone else caught up with me. After that I just grew maybe one inch a yr for a bit. You just gotta let your body dictate its own schedule
