The glass reflects a cynical smile;
Eyes filled with hate.
Dark and cold with no sympathy;
Lips, a bitter shade.
I lift up my hand and so does she;
Her grin a little wider.
Our fingertips touch
On the cracked mirrored wire.

My heart pounds harder,
But hers stays still dead.
Breath paints the glass;
Pins in her head.
I see, she sees, her too, said I,
"Quiet, quiet.
Tell me no lies."

A knife in her hand,
She clenches it tight.
Knife to our arms,
She presses it slight.
Deeper, longer;
The blood lines her waist,
Her legs, neck and shoulders.
Blood on my face.

Spiders for eyes,
It creeps up my spine.
Stay still, don't move.
Snakes in my mind.
The cruel lips come closer
And I am pulled in.
She smirks and she laughs;
My cruel, evil twin.

Very powerful and well-written. This is amazing; you have a talent for conveying emotions through words.
