If you are 18-16 (it differs from state to state) and are able to drive then yes.

Most Doctors require a parent to be present if you are a minor. Sometimes they will allow you to be seen without a parent but they would require an adult to be with you. I would advise you to try and let your doctor know that you need to speak with them privately. As far as cost goes, it would be the same as your parents pay for a regular visit, this depends on your insurance policy.

Depends on where you are - Here in Australia if your 16 yoa or older you can see the doctor, and keep all matters completly between both of you, unless the doctor feels it is important that your parents know - ie Suicidal etc.

This is true but seeing that you live here in the USA you should have an adult with you seeing that you are a minor, the only way for you to not and don't quote me on this but. If you are wanting to try and do this on your own you need to be an emancipated minor, which isn't easy to do. I believe you have to be able to present proof of sustainable income for a year and have your own house or by the ruling of a judge. I would suggest you try and talk to your physician and let them know you would like to talk in privet.
