i keep getting this really painfull ache in my balls. it just happens every now and then but it gets to the point where i cant walk without it hurtin bad! what is this, any ideas?:confused:

Absolutely: doctor! Could be nothing to worry about and might well just pass, but it's really not worth the risk.

YOu need to see a physician, you could have an inguenial hernia and not know it or your testicals could be twisted around. Go to the doctor please.....

Like he said, you could have testicular torsion, and you need to see a doctor sooner, rather then later - do not delay, if it is torsion, it needs to be treated quickly, if not there are severe results to not getting it treated.
