I guess most of the couple doing it will ask rather than haven't get the permit but I'm not sure maybe some boy just wanna have a girlfriend photo.

Nah, she's not evil, but what I'm saying is, if a grudge were to occur and that picture was taken with consent and love, it might come back to haunt you, like a friend getting it in a text or something.
