guys i get boners a lot for absolutely no reason all the time like in school
is there something wrong with me
they've gotten a lot more frequently since last week

Hi Tim V,

I would say the most reasonable answer for that is because of hormones. Right now your hormones are going through the roof! So anything can get you happy, Even if you don't think its that great. There's absolutely nothing wrong with you, every guy goes through this part, one point or another. Its just a phase that will eventually pass and you'll be fine.

It's normal, for me at least. I get one when I get in the car to go to school. I get one when I sit down in class. I started wearing a jacket with front pockets like a hoodie so I could easily hide it starting in middle school. It's just something I've learned to live with. I expect it will be less of a problem in the future as I get older. I wouldn't worry about it.

It's very normal to get a lot of boners...it happens to me alot and there is really nothing you can do to control them

of course its normal they even have a name NRB (no reason boner)........be happy u can get boners..........talk to your dad and ask him if he wishes he could get boners for no reason instead of having to take viagra when he wants one

That differs from person to person... I would say normally 5-10, 15 minutes tops. But nothin is wrong if it last longer.

Who knows, that a good question! typically it could last a few weeks to a year. Its just how your body matures and your hormone level decreases.

It's normal dude. Happens to all guys. Just cover them up with a longer shirt, or a hoodie or something.

the problem with things like that is my school has a uniform so i cant really wear a hoodie or something like that

No problem. Sometimes you can do the trouser tuck if you are worried about people seeing (tucking it up your body so your waistband keeps your penis in a way that is hard to realize), or just wearing jeans and supportive underwear.
