Green hands?

This has been bothering me for a week now
Green spots on my hands.
I have tried washing them away with about everything that can be used but it still wont go away,the green color is the same green color people get on their finger when wearing "impure" rings.I don't think its anything serious but its really annoying.
An im getting so bloody tired of hearing those green hands jokes!
What is it?
How can i get rid off it?

Is it constant or do you notice an increase at certain times? Like when you're sweating for example?

Its always there,no changes.
