Sounds like you got cold feet and backed out, no big deal, that's your decision. Nothing wrong with handjobs though. The risks of giving a blowjob is getting herpes or hpv if the person has it, and the risks of receiving one are pretty much the same. But usually at 15 years old, most kids are inexperienced, and haven't had any sex partners yet, so I wouldnt worry about an STD so much.

this is normal. you can only catch stds if they have one. you thought it was wrong because you might have been taught that it was. std's only seem popular because of the population and realistically some are incredibly hard to catch and some are easy to catch. HIV/AIDS is hard and pubic lice are easy.
