What's your workout routine? I need to like do finishing touches! I mean, like get harder abs than I have, make them pop, I have hard pecks and can flex them, haha, my legs are toned from soccer and track, and also my biceps, and triceps.

Specifically: tone abs more, make biceps and triceps bigger. PLEASE ANSWER! Thanks :D

i just jog and play soccer almost everyday

Biceps I find either 21's or barbell preachers very good for the pump, Triceps weighted dips are good

I've got a pretty full-on resistance program on top of my regular runs, cycling and tennis. Used to play rugby, soccer and hockey here and there but I got lazy and went into injuries.

I'd say cardio exercise for abs (running/swimming/biking/etc)

Biceps and triceps from curls, bench presses, squats, everything helps. Even carrying your mum's shopping :D

I do P90x for an hour and a half every day:-)
