I just turned 17 a month ago. I started talking to this 19yo guy over the summer, i met him at a local store. At first, I got his number, and we became good friends hanging out and just going to the mall and chilling playing video games, I wasn't even sure if he was gay, but about 3 weeks ago we kissed and made out, and since then were now having sex a couple times a week. I really have feelings for him, and I know he does for me also, but I wonder if the age difference will matter. I'm in HS now, he graduated June 2010. Should I play it out and see where it goes, or take it to the next level? Were not officially "going out" or anything.

If you want to be with him, be with him; there's no laws against him dating you. (no, you don't have to be 18; just 16 as that is the age if majority)
If you both have the same feelings, go for it, there's nothing stopping you.

Well, 2 years really isn't much. If you both like each other that way, then go for it! Do what you guys want, you may also want to talk to him about it.
