Hello guys and girls,
recently i have been looking into getting ripped.
At the moment i am a plain chubby boy.
But everywhere on the internet people are talking about all of these crazy ass diets. I have been wondering though.. Is it possible to achievement amazing results, without following a strict diet and working out?
Of course you need to think about what you eat and portion control.
Have you guys got any experience on this field? Is it possible to get ripped while eating as the average person?
Cheers, Thomas :)

umm.. yeah, you don't need a strict diet but you do need to lots of cardio to get body fat down then ab workouts to make them pop out, its going to take dedication and your going to have to stay away from sodium and fats

Not completely though. You need to decrease the amount of those you have but not cut them out completely, it can make you extremely sick and you need those to remain healthy.
Increase your amount of protein and carbs, make sure you start off easy though. If you start doing strenuous amounts of exercise and decreasing or changing the amount you eat you're going to burn yourself out. See a doctor beforehand to see if they can give you any guidance about your dietary needs.

You dont need a strict diet just eat in moderate portions and what you eat is a big factor. Because you need to stay away from carbs and sugars.

On top of this, to help you start cutting away at the pounds as your OP says "chubby," eggs and apples. Why? Eggs make you want to eat less because it takes your body a while to break them down. Consider preparing eggs in a healthy manner every morning. Apples also fill you up, but it takes your body burns more calories breaking the apple down than the apple actually gives you. Not to forget you still need a smart, well portioned diet to assist these. These are just two suggestions you can add to your diet. The apple makes a great substitute to what would normally be a chocolaty or sweet snack.
Avoid: Caffeine, unnecessary fats (their are good and bad kinds- learn the difference), and avoid skipping your workouts. GOD DO NOT SKIP WORKOUTS! But at the same time, don't only work one section of the body. Arms and legs should be done on separate days in alternation. (Legs can be replaced with cardio.) Abs can be done as a "cool down" exercise, but also shouldn't be done EVERY day. Though it is safer to do this in some continuation.
