Ok, I am 17 years old right now, and I will be turning 18 in October. The problem is, my penis and testicles haven't started to develop yet. Ever since I was like 13 I've had pubic hair and been able to ejaculate, my voice has deepened and I am starting to get more facial hair so that I shave about every other day.

What should I do because I know this is really late for that stage of development and I am becoming very concerned.

Well how big is your penis. Just remember puberty doesn't stop until about 22 or so some times 25. so you still have time to grow don't worry.

It's a little less than four inches when hard, and its girth is about an inch and a half.

Well some people are just generally small.. however you still might grow some more, for some people penis growth is at the start of puberty, and for others its at the end of puberty. You still have a few years left yet, so don't worry.

I would probably talk to a doctor. One I was comfortable with.

just see a doc
i had to go to the doctor cuz of a rash and it wasnt that bad. just be very professinal with them and show them that you dont care and it will be fine. also they might give you testostorone injections
