i have a single red bump on the shaft of my penis that has been there for 2 weeks, it does not itch, and it is just one. what should i do?

That depends, is it little or big, if it is big then go to the doctor, if it is small it is probably an ingrown hair.

Hi!

It's common for pimples to show up, down there. Another possible answer could be a ingrown hair. Those are similar and are also common down there. I would wait for 3-5 days and if it is still there or has gotten bigger or more painful, then I would set up an appointment with your family doctor. As for telling a parent, If you can tell your father if thats possible, if not then don't be afraid to tell your mother something, she isn't going to laugh or anything, She is there to help and just tell her something across the lines as " Mom, I need to go see the doctors when we can get the chance, I have a bit of a GUY problem." she should understand and set up an appointment.

I wouldn't give it too much thought right now, but if it worsens or doesn't go away then maybe it's something to look into.
