I'm 14 bit overweight.. No any good diets and exercise for me 2 do?

Um...I'm not sure how fitting it is to put this thread into the eating disorders section. It's kind of insensitive actually.

Do some routine cardio exercises like swimming , running , jogging and cycling because these exercises are best for fitness and for weight loss .. And try to eat low carb foods it would be helpful for you to weight loss ..

Yes, try to cut out carbs out of your diet. And have you tried playing squash? It's really fun and gives you one hell of a workout (assuming you can play against a decent squash player).
