Breast/Pec Tenderness/Soreness

Hey I'm a 16 year old guy. Over the last couple of weeks I've noticed that one of my pecs well breasts I guess is really tender and sore if I touch it. the sore-ness is like right below the nipple and if I press down on the nipple underneath fells kinda hard. I really hope I've done a good job describing this ha anyway I was just wondering if this is normal.....

thats never happened to me before but if you feel concerned or it gets worse you should go to the doctor.

I had same thing, the doc checked it and said hormones cause it and it will go away and caffeine will make it hurt more (sometimes).
