Hey everybody....
I need help! I'm super skinny and ive been trying to gain more muscle..... everytime i see a picture of a guy without his shirt off, i look to see if they have abs or pecs or anything..... if they do i stare. Is this just cause im jelous of their muscles.... or is the puberty or what!? Also... its wierd.... i really want more hair on my legs and i want hair under my armpits and havent gotten hair there yet! I dunno why i want it there so badly though.... please answer me bout the muscle and ab thing.... btw im 13 and in 7th grade

if you see it on someone else, then you want it to. its just human nature. nothing wrong with you.

yeah youre 13 everything will come in due time and also i dont think that you should worry about you muscles and pecs and it could be a combo of jeolousy and curiosity

That's all a part of puberty! I'm really skinny too. The best thing is to learn how to lift weights, I was lucky because my school has a weightraining class. You should also exercise! But don't worry about it too much, you're still 13 and you've got a HUGE way to go...1 guy I know (adult) grew 8 inches (height) in 1 year, and you've got about 7 or so years to go until puberty is over.

Your body will fill out over the years (chest gets bigger) and your body will produce more testosterone so you can build more muscle. I'd say you should just find a sport you like and work on that to get the athletic thing down, and don't ever skip out on meals because that makes you bigger!:D

im 14, i lift everyday but wednesdays (mon-fri) in my school weight rooom, u should learn this year or the next how to lift. also, eat healthy, dont skip meals. eat healthy and hearty if u want to put on weight that can be turned into muscle, dont skip dinner, go to a friends house and eat candy, that wont get u what u want. learn how to lift, keep ur cardio up by running, some people will find it hard to gain weight/muscle cus they have real high metabolisms, if u expereince this u can talk w/ ur doc. to figure out what u can do . and really, u've got a LONG time to go. i know, im pretty big but id like bigger msucles still and everything, but thats what drives me to work out. its good motivation, once u get older u can supplement, but always check w/ ur doctor before u start anyting, pm me if u have more questions

This sounds exactly like my friend, he is really jealous of my chest hair because he thinks its like the mannliest thing out there. . . but i think its nasty. the thing is that some people just arent very hairy . . . u will most likely get aph (arm pit hair lol) and leg hair and arm hair later on, after all i didnt start getting anything much until the summer inbetween 7th-8th grade so if your like me your getting closer! the key i patiance.
