PS: Does anyone have any idea if/or when the sea of monsters movie is coming out to the theaters?

I don't like the movie version of The Lightning Thief. didn't watch it, but I saw clips of it. don't really like it

My sister got it. I wasn't that impressed with the first one, but I like the other series hes currently writing. I may read it when she's done.

Since I can't get the book, I can listen to the audiobook. this person on Youtube uploaded all the books of the PJ&O series, + The Heroes of Olympus. He just uploaded The Son of Neptune - part 1 - today. It has Ch. 1 and part of Ch. 2. can't wait till he uploads more!

I purchased it last night on Amazon and I'm reading it right now. I actually like it so far, this whole Roman/Greek thing is confusing though. Oh, and, I was reading about the age of Percy and I was thinking - they are going to need someone else if they ever create more movies for the later books in the Percy Jackson series and the books in the Heros of Olympus. Percy Jackson is only 16 in the current book, Logan Lerman is like 17 in the movie. They should have got a 12 or 13 year old to do the movie.

lucky you. If I had my way I would purchase it. but I don't think my mom will let me. and my school library still haven't gotten it. if it did I would check it out right away.

How about the city library? Or... you could always just go to your local book store and read the book there and then return the next and keep on reading it. :p

I'm 90% done with the book.... really good ending so far!

Done! The ending was really good! Well, the actual actual ending made me mad! Hate when they build up and build up and then end the book haha. Can't wait tell Fall 2012. =)

I finally got it and read it, and that last chapter just pissed me off. I was like yes, here comes the awesome part and then Rick was like LOLNO.

They announced the release date, March 27th, 2013. So far away! :mad:

The 1st movie wasn't good at all. Only book/movie I'm looking forward to now is the Hunger Games!!
