Petroleum jelly is very messy to clean up, but it's the most popular. You can also use hand lotion, which isn't as messy but is a bit too slippery for some.

NEVER use soaps of any kid or anything that you shouldn't put on the skin, as this can cause cracked, peeling or leathery skin and that's just nasty :P

About the masturbation techniques...I don't know any of the "Official" techniques for girls, but i'll do my best to come up with some. First it could be a good start off point for just taking your palm and rubbing you're clitoris. From what i've heard, only rubbing can get you to that climactic point. Then if you really want to do it, then there is the fingering technique. Or if you're comfortable with it, you can put multiple fingers in at once, which would all add up to around the same size as a penis. Then there's your entire fist but i'm not gonna suggest that you try it at all. You could hurt yourself.

Basically i could go on for about five pages on masturbation techniques since there are really numerous methods out there. In the upper paragraph alone i mentioned using your hand. Girls do have problems with getting to orgasm, though it's nothing to worry about! I suggest you Google it "female orgasms" or something (no porn >.<), because there might be some techniques that you can go with. If you're not very far into puberty, you may not orgasm just yet. 1) it's a common problem. Just relax and sing a tune to yourself - it goes away farely quickly if you don't focus on it.

2) Since you're only 13, you may not be able to produce a lot of cum, and the cum you may produce may not have enough sperm in it to make it appear white. You'll start producing more cum and it'll turn white after a few months or years, when you're farther into puberty :D

Not likely at all. First he would need to have reasonable suspicion you were looking at porn and then have to go get a warrant because a cop just can''t seize your property and go through your house. Sex is completely different. Masturbation has nothing to do with how long you'll last in sex. Sex requires practice and experience before you can last for a decent time.
