In my family I am the black sheeP. While everyone in my family is watching sports I'm reading,when everyone in my family is listening to lil Wayne I'm listening to the who. Everyone in my family is kinda short I'm 5 10 and in only 14. I don't relate to anyone in my family. Help!!

This isnt uncommon. Just because they are your family it doesnt mean you have to be exactly like them. You are your own person and you like your own things. You cant change that it's who you are. Ive also seen this type of things with twins people assume that because they are twins they must share the same brain. This is not true they are 2 different people they have different brains and different interests. They might have some of the same interests but not all. Just because you dont like the same things your family doesnt like it doesnt make you different. There isnt really anything you can do because it's your life and your mind. So just enjoy the things you do and dont worry so much about what your family thinks :)

That's perfectly normal! I think you should stick to being yourself, you don't have to be like them, so don't feel bad about being different. If we were all the same, everything would be very boring...

Theres absolutely nothing wrong with you, you have highlighted different types of interest in you choice of music, television programs.
Which i believe its highly subjective, at home is a place where you should feel comfortable doing what you want to do, read the book you enjoy, blast the music in your own personal space.

This is the time and place where you can let your hair down, and finally be yourself, rather than wearing a hypocritical mask to blend with peers and trying to be someone you are not.

You have mentioned height, as you have mentioned, you are taller than most of your family members, which i believe that it was a resessive gene which was passed down further up in your ancestry.

Do not worry too much about it, have a cookie and enjoy whats infront of you.
