I have a hair bump where my happy trail is and my problem is my bump is itching. How to stop it from itching?

I never shaved that before but im talking about when their is a string of hair in a bump.

try using a pin to scratch the skin and then ease it out

Yeah, you really can't leave ingrown hairs alone. I just discovered one on my neck that turned out to be an inch-long hair and it hurt.
