Ok, if your penis is hurting go to a doctor.. That could be serious... Or ask him to get an STD check

It will probally be best if you get it checked out, even if there is nothing wrong, it will put your mind at rest.

Well, it's entirely possible but pretty unlikely... Owen Sound is a pretty small place (I'm from Kitchener) and odds are if someone's dirty, then people in town are going to know about it.
Are there any other STD symptoms like sores, rash, bumps, redness, discharge/pus etc?
As always though, it's better to be safe than sorry and if you're worried you should go see a doctor!
I'm not sure about up there, but here the Region of Waterloo has free anonymous STD testing clinics, if for some reason you aren't comfortable or can't go to your physician.
Hope I was able to help!

what kind of sex did you have? (anal, blowjob, etc.) and ask him if he has the same problems with his penis too. if he says no it could possibly not be an std but it also depends on the type of sex. this is really complicated but yeah... if all else fails go see a doctor but ask him first

i personally think that if your both virgins you should be ok. see a doctor to make sure.

What type of sex did you have?
If it was anal, it's possible if unprotected, or even protected some times, to contract a disease from the anus WITHOUT the person having an STD.

If you've never masturbated before, and such
It could jsut be that the foreskin was pulled back and still is pulled back, or it might've been sttached where it shouldn't of been, and it was ripped

Maybe you just twisted or bent it when you guys did it. It's probably not a disease.

Well, if you're both virgins, neither of you should have an STD. Can you describe the pain a little better, though?

You can get some STDs before you ever have sex. For example, HIV (Human Immunodefciency Virus - causes AIDS (Acquired ImmunoDeficiency Syndrome)) can be transmitted sexually, or by blood to blood contact.
