If i dont cobstantly strech my foreskin when i jack off it get little tears so does this happen to any one and no it doesnt tear like rips just little tears it doesnt even really bleed

this used to happen to me. You have to keep stretching your foreskin. Like, every time you think about it. Strecth it out with olive oil (one of the best things for that).
