Puberty still or Not!

I have been trying to get a friend to become more than a friend for a long time and it hasnt worked! Now I found out that another good friend is on the verge of dating that person... Why do I feel so angry and still want this person sexually? I thought I was over the impulse of puberty but I guess Im not., Its all I can think about.
