While in the shower just GENTLY feel each testicle for anything that is abnormal to you, now keep in mind that they do grow and will increase in size, but over time. If you feel any lumps you need to let your parents know so you can see your physician.

This show be done about once a month.

Do it often, so you know how they feel, and if there are any changes, you will know. Anything your not sure about have it cheaked out. I have had too, and its nothing to worry about if you ever have too :)

You should always check for abnormalities. Best time to do it is in the shower when you are well washing your area. Just move your testicles around in your hand and see if you find anything out of the ordinary. Once a month is recommended but you can check as often as you want.
