Any one else have a stron penis muscle

I'm talking about the one called like: PC muscle.

I think. The one that goes from your but to your penis.

I wouldn't exactly call mine "strong"; I guess its normal.
For anyone that doesn't know, the PC Muscle is the muscle that you use to stop the flow of urine when you are peeing. The PC muscle is also involved in ejaculation. There are 'exercises' you can do to the PC muscle that supposedly give you more control, shoot further, ect, but I dont think they are proven.

I did them "sit ups" around 50 a night and whenever I'm bored for awhile. Then I just do it whenever.

great now thanks to you guys I now have to go get a PC Muscle workout everyday! Yes, I have heard of this and its very interesting and worth atleast a search.
