Yeah I've got a boner before when I was getting a physical for football and wrestling. It was a really hot female doctor and I had to stand there for the physical in just my boxers. As soon as she said take off your shirt please, I couldn't help it, I just ended up pitching a tent in my boxers. She took no notice of it. I said sorry, but she said not to worry it's normal for guys my age and just means I'm healthy. I was more embarrassed than she was.

And in high school (year 7--before anybody says anything I'm an Aussy) we had to get a couple of medicals done by year 11-12's (seniors) studying that topic, i had this really hot chick and she just giggled the whole way through

just a regular old laugh-fest!! HAHAHA!!! That would be embarrassing, thankfully it's never happened to me. Almost did though. I could feel it tightening, but, luckily he was done and I got my pants up before it fully got hard.
