I suppose it depends on where you live. In the United States, I think it is a little weird for girls when you tell them that you are uncut because it is not normal. Most guys here in the states are cut, because, that is the normal in the US.

In Europe, I suppose it is more normal for a guy to be uncut, because, that is just the normal way. I suppose you could ask a question like this in Puberty for girls and boys so could get responses from females.
