Do mods have the power to see what people say to each other in PMs?

Yes but you cant send PMs until 100posts.

Also admins, they can look at your PMs but they say they rarely do.

Just think why would they want to MOD every PM

No. Adminstrators can view your PMs if they feel a need to, but they do not and will not do it without having suspicion that you're doing something against the rules.

Also you cannot PM until you hit 100 posts.

only administrators (scarface and i) have the ability to read private messages, and we will do so if we suspect anything against the rules or illegal is occurring in PMs.

however, you'd know that already, wouldn't you?
