Today in PE i got to level 18 in the multi stage fitness test and I was absolutely exhausted...
My heart rate was 200 and i was wondering from level 1 - 18 how many calories i would've burned.

I also did some kick ball and cricket today and a bit of weight lifting and did some private stuff a bit when i got home but I was wandering if I do this every day at home will i get a six pack fast (PS I'm doing cross country on friday for 5 miles training mode) On saturday im gonna be lazy and on sunday I'm gonna bike 12 miles and run 3 miles. I weigh 124 lbs and I am 13 I have a bit of fat but I have extremely high stamina and I can run for a very long time!

Will the fitness bike I have work well, should i get some weights?

I was so exhausted the teaches asked me if i wanted to go outside at the end of the day instead of doing the end day class activity. But i felt ok and fully recovered when i got home and I am in perfect condition but for the 20 minutes after the lesson I felt terribly sweaty and nauseous, I thought i was gonna faint!

But now I'm ready to rock and do more running and by the way I have an extremely fast metabolism i ate like 4 extra serving of dinners at school to day and I also did Football(Soccer in US) for 10 mins before PE.

Yah u know if u need something to jeep u motivated an active then u gotta join a team sport where ppl rely on u. I play hockey and lacrosse. Also if u r gonna rest only rest one day a week but u need a bit of rest, also don't do the same kind of exercise every time that won't get u a 6 pack. First of all the fat gotta b gone ok u can't Joe abs if u have fat so do cardio(ur cross country) and push It hard then alternate with muscular endurance(leg lifters,up and downs, speed sit ups, wall sits, then lastly u need muscular strength so that's weights or push ups. Oh and body comp..how u eat.

This is coming from an expierenced Quarterback for Varsity football. Every time we do weight lifting I ask somebody to get a football and to slam it on my stomach while im doing sit ups. Do 25 or 30 a day and you WILL get one. I'm a freshman..

You need to sort out your diet as well as exercising, you can't have one without the other you'll end up either burning yourself out or going the completely wrong direction. Protein is gonna be your friend your a while you're doing this, so make sure you incorporate alot of that into your diet but not too much, keep your energy up as well. Make sure you're getting the right vitamins and things as well. I'd see your doctor before you start, have them weigh you and ask for their advice on a suitable way for you to do this.

As for exercising running will help, weights will help and so will sit ups, crunches, and things like that. But do it slowly, don't start on a high setting, build it up from 15 minutes a day to 30, to 45 etc and keep it going from there but be careful, too much in a small space of time and you might end up hurting yourself.

Different things work for different people, so like i said see your doctor and your PE teacher for some guidance before you start.

sit ups...1000 per day

This does NOTHING. Doing sit up and only sit ups will do nothing for you. You need a well balanced diet, great cardio, and a healthy active lifestyle. Also, everyone's bodies are different so you may or may not be able to rip a 6 pack as easily as others can.

iv had a six pack for years

my dad owns a gym where we live and we live in a big flat above it and i get to work out as much as I like for free. I get to take as many protean drinks I want too

Im MEGA fit for my age and can easily kick the crap out of older boys about 16 or 17 haha

Exercise, pull ups and crunches help heaps. Don't just focus on muscle mass try both muscle mass and athleticness.i got a free outdoor work out thing nine a park near me where I run a few laps around the oval and do my muscle excerise.

I personally am not an advocate for young kids having muscles. I think its creepy. There are more important things in life at that age. Ive been to the gym and seen kids there working out and doing it COMPLETELY wrong. Its more than just doing crunches and cardio. You have to have proper diet, good water intake, and consitency and dedication.

If most of your friends have 6 packs and ur jealous, you also have to know that its pretty easy at that age because you have very little fat on your body so your muscles stick out more. When they get to be 18, they are going to have to work even harder to keep it up.

So my advice is to wait till AT LEAST high school before thinking about picking up a workout routine.

and to add to that, having muscles shouldnt be about attractiveness. It should be about being health. If looking good is your only concern, then working out is not for you right now

I have alright abs and am 16, I play hockey only and other than on ice and off ice workouts don't really do to much other than sports like football (soccor) or whatever with friends.....but of coarse hockey is usally 5-6 days a week so i'm basiclly working every day

Running/biking ain't gonna get you a 6 pack. Do sit ups. lots of sit ups.
