So websites say that an abnormally large testicle is a sign of testicular cancer. What would be abnormally large Compared to the other? And does a pain and little like knot in your epididymis that hurts but the pain went away mean a sign of testicular cancer?? Thanks!

Could also be a cyst, but best go check it out at the doctors

I agree with this. I don't think anyone should look to people on this forum for medical advice. Go to a doctor as soon as possible.

i have this something along the lines of this, to be safe ask your doctor, im asking my specialist when i see him next
