I personally don't. I'm not insecure about my size but getting to the point… I honestly don't know why guys wear underwear underneath swim shorts. Maybe they like to show of their underwear? Hahaha it beats me. Lol.

I am not insecure about my penis size, I joke around but I'm 13 and I think I'm pretty good for my age. I wear underwear under my swim shorts because I do not want my shorts to be pulled down and have people see my penis, not because I am insecure, it's just not normal in my family and it would be pretty embarrassing.

I personally don't wear underwear with swim gear. If it is style,that's cool, as long as the person is comfortable who cares what the reason for them wearing what they wear? I mean not all guys sag n show off their boxers either... its a personal choice.
