Gmail

So I have a gmail account that I use for all my resumes and anytime I contact anyone in a professional manner the thing is that I am not bale to access my gmail account from my laptop, i can access it from any other computer at my house and school but I cannot on my personal laptop.

I think my laptop my have a virus and I have Norton Software, any ideas on how to go about this.

I am able to get to the log-in page for gmail but as soon as I enter my info the page starts to have a like a seizure between the gmail page and the google home page.

Clearing the cookies didn't help so I tried a different browser and it worked. Thank you.
