Don't worry.. youre completely fine. Your penis will grow OK. Mine didn't get to 4" till after I turned 13. My friends are all 13 their penises are 5", 4.5" and 3" hard and the 3" has no hair yet so you're well ahead of him :). Honestly, it aint worth even thinking about. I would say 7" is unusual at our age and not really a good comparison. As long as it works youre OK!

It's just a rate thing mate, some people hit puberty like a train and everything grows quick, some go through puberty slow and gradual. Some people also hit it a lot earlier on then others, you have no control over it and it is nothing to be ashamed about.Give it time dude, you will keep growing, and you will be sporting a monster in no time ;)
