it's not at all uncommon for 13 year olds to have never gotten a BJ. i'm 17 and never gotten one. plus, there's good chances the rest of the team is lying lol.

I would say that the chances of them receiving one at the age of 13 is a lot less than they are indicating. I would not call the "liars" but I would say they are stretching the truth so they can attempt to show how cool they are. I would not believe everything you hear (or read)... just saying..they may be pulling your leg
