I think I finally got an infection after 6 years as careful as I've been :|
I can't go to the doctor's about it, not quite yet. It's kind of out of the question.
They're extremely red and I can barely move my arm. Has anyone experienced this before? Tips to combat this slight infection, before it gets worse?

What you need to do is clean the area each day with warm water and soap, possibly some hydrogen peroxide, then you need to put some neosporin or some Triple Anti-Biotic Ointment on the cuts. After that cover them with a bandage, in the eveing you need to remove the bandages and wash the area, re-apply the ointment to the area and good to bed without covering it. Oxygen will help to premote healthier growth and the covering with a bandage will help deferr bacterial infections.
Along with a healthy diet this will all help to premote healthy growth.
