It's not a question of "should you", but "do you want to?" Its up to you really. There's nothing wrong with doing it; most if not all guys do it at least once, many alot more! Give it a try. It is healthy, relieves stress and hormones. And if you never do it or don't do it regularly, eventually you will start having wet dreams which in my opinion dont seem fun.

I reckon experience a wet dream first and then have it out it you feel the urge.
