I'm just venting some frustration right now.

Well, after my dad walked in on me masturbating, and then he hacked my Facebook and I told him he invaded my privacy in both cases. I get grounded for all three. And what's my punishment? No clothes for the whole week. I have to walk around naked the whole week (with the exception of going out in public).

I've always wanted to be a naturalist, but not as a punishment or humiliation.

God I hate my life so much. I get grounded for masturbating and talking back to my dad because he hacked my Facebook. He said if I was to complain about privacy, I will literally have no privacy at all. That also includes ALL emails, texts, and messages will be checked. All passwords will be unlocked.

So if I'm gone for a while, I'm protecting the last privacy I have left.

Just stay in bed. Don't do anything. Endure the week without walking around the house. Don't bother going online, just lay in bed and watch TV. Take a lot of showers. Read. Stay in your room. It'll be hell, but with parents like that, you can't win, just do your best to stay out of the way.

They can't get mad at that. They're not going to force you to walk about the house.

If I were handling this, I would just stop eating until they took me to the hospital, but I wouldn't recommend that lol

I would...definitely call CPS or tell an adult at school. Your father should have no right to strip you naked. That's sexual abuse in my opinion, or at least emotional abuse. I'd be humiliated if I had to walk around naked in front of my family.

For email, make another account that he doesn't know about.
Facebook, same.

wow thats hard to believe but im not callin you a liar but id deff tell someone bout this thats not right n you said your dad has punished you n makin you walk round the house naked (no offense) but it seems that would also be punishin your whole family im sure it prolly makes them uncomfortable as well to see you havin to walk round naked i know for a fact i would feel just as uncomfortable walkin round my house naked in front of my family as i would if my brother was forced to do so cuz of a punishment... it almost seems your dad more or less enjoys this more then he is tryin to use it as a punishment
id say tell him how its humiliatin n you dont like it but by the way you talk that will just make it worse
