Well my school has a fancy dress day yearly in november and while not many people really bother I have this kinda rivalry with a guy in my class we both compete with each other for best costume, last year he came as dead mau5 and i came as a vietnam era us soldier but this year he's coming as his spartan character from halo reach and he challenged me to make a better costume than him but can't be from halo... So basically I need some advice on what costume to do and how to do it but it has to be from a video game. My friends even bet some money on who would make the best costume and I really want to make the better costume. Idea's would be appreciated. :P

Be Marcus Fenix. Or you could be a Big Daddy. That would be pretty badass if you did a Big Daddy.

Yeah I was thinking about a big daddy but I don't think I will be able to get it done well in the budget... If it was done badly it would be terrible and I just don't think I have enough money or time to make a good costume. Ditto for the Marcus costume it would have to be epic.. Any other ideas that would work?

Uh, not really. There's always the possibility of Ezio or Altair, but since you can't bring weapons to school, that would be pretty lackluster.

Lol Charizard would be cool but i think that at my school people are still at the stage that pokemon's for little kids even though half of them play all the time. I was thinking of possibly doing two face in the design from arkham city or if all else fails an angry bird :P

How about Ghost from MW2? I found a manufacture that makes the "ghost" balaclava(actual name of that type of mask). You can find the TF141 patches easy and just wear a hoodie/fleece, camo pants and sunglasses and you're set.If you want to go all out, get a military harness from a airsoft, paintball or Army surplus shop.

You can even take a picture of the patch and have a sewing shop make one for you.

I looked over some ideas for bid daddys and stuff but my dad (who's a designer) said that it would be very impractical so Im thinking two-face (Ghost is a good idea though.) at the moment, Theres a great cheap suit store in town and I'm going to buy a black and white suit then rip them and sow them together making the black side all tatty and buy a white and black glove and then I only need to get the makeup done any tips? Do they sell half bold caps? :P
