Sounds painful lol, DO NOT put ethanol on it lol, trust me, it would just make it sting / hurt even more lol. If you want something soothing, try something like 'witch hazel gell', you can probably get if from your local chemist. Or go to your doctor, they've probs got some other, more powerful thing, they could give you.

im guessing that he strained his groin muscle. it happened to me.

strech your groin every time it hurts and tightens up. have someone help you as well. if you think the pain is unbearable, see your doctor to see if you really pulled your groin. i ended up pulling mine, but your pain might go away after a couple of days.


take my advice though, i had experience with this kind of thing.

u dont wana be makin ur balls too cold. u can use something cold, but take proper measures to make sure u protect ur groin from getting too cold, (ex: wrap ice in paper towls so cold can get through but not as intense)

it was to painful to even think about early in the week (i did the groin on a saturday arvo) but i tried wanking later in the week and it wasn't that enjoyable because of some pain that i still had. but i think that by the next weekend i was ok to wank again (this was about a year or so ago when i did this so i can't remember the exact details).
