I keep forgetting to eat. At one point this was intentional, but it's not right now. It's now 4pm I've been up since 9am I've not had anything to eat or drink and I've only just realized. It's not that that worries me I wouldn't really be too bothered except it's affecting me.
I've started to get dizzy a lot and some days I faint. In fact on Friday I became dizzy on the stairs so much so I lost balance and fell. And today I was close to fainting in my Nans kitchen. I've been told this is because of my diet and I need to eat regularly because its causing my blood sugar to have drastic drops.
So I was trying to eat at least 2 meals each day. It lasted for about a week. The only reason I eat in the week is because I'm at school so I have a lunchtime. At the weekends I just don't notice that I've not had anything.
I'm not really sure what to do, this isn't intentional, I honestly just forget to eat, I don't know what to do other than like setting alarms or something so I remember to eat?
