Backdrop: This girl in Virginia was killed by a drunk driver, who happened to be an illegal immigrant. Apparently he has a record before and wasnt deported. The reason why? Virginia Beach is a sanctuary city, meaning the authorities do not report illegal immigrants to the feds.

Rivera stance is that O'Reilly is making this tragedy focus on the fact that the drunk driver was an illegal alien instead of him actually being a drunk driver. Just watch!

Geraldo was right, being an illegal immigrant has nothing to do with driving drunk. In this particular case, if the illegal had been deported, no accident would have occurred. But that doesn't mean all drunk drivers are illegals, or vice versa. Illegals do cause a lot of problems in this country, but Bill tries to make it look like they are worse than they really are.

Bottom line, both Bill O'Reilley and illegals are detrimental to our society.

I agree completely. It's not the fact he was illegal but he was a drunk that is the problem. It's not like all Mexicans are hopping the boarder, drinking til they puke, and get behind the wheel. The illegal shouldn't have been in this country but to say it happened because he was illegal is wrong.

rrg, no, the guy being an illegal has nothing to do w/ the fact that he killed a girl because he was driving drunk. it just pisses the hell out of me when mexicans come over to this country illegally and fuck up stuff or start acting as though they have a right to say anything politicallly about this country and try to act American. i am not racist and have nothing against hispanic, spanish or mexican people, but when they come here illegally and start shit up, trying to act like they have a say in something, that just pisses me off. they have no say here, they shouldnt be here
