I have it and it kills me

I want it gone! I can't concentrate on anything! I have driving lessons, he pulls me over to chat and everything he says literally goes through one ear and out the other. While he's sitting there talking I only accept a little amount of information before I'm wondering what I should have for dinner, or whether I will watch T.V that night.

You can't get rid of it. You will have it for the rest of your life. The best thing to do is get some meds. They help tremendousley.

However, you can control it to an extent, with either meds or by training yourself. I don't suggest meds because that screwed me up when I was 5!
