Can you get one after you've had a regular one? I don't think so. I think these only occur before your body is able to produce semen and sperm. Again I'm not totally sure on this.

Depends on how many orgasms you have had in a day. If there is nothing left to ejagulate then you have a dry orgasm.

You get dry orgasms when you masturbate before you start producing semen. I had dry orgasms for a few months after I started masturbating after I turned 11. Once you start producing semen you generally don't have dry orgasms any more. Only way is if you ejaculate more semen faster than your body can make it. If I masturbate more than 5 times in a day, the rest will be mostly dry because I run out of semen.

If you j/o a lot during a certain period of time, yes you will have a dry orgasm. Usually for me it would have to be like 6 or 7 times in like a short period of time like a couple hours.
