Well let me start off by saying I am mortally obese. 5' 8" and 191lbs. Lately I haven't been eating at all and just today I begin to get hungry but when I go to eat something I feel like throwing up. It's like I'm hungry but I can't eat anything. And plus I've had massive stomach aches.
Please help!

Sweetheart, you're not obese. Far from it. But you may not believe me. I can't diagnose you but not eating does you know good. You'll end up heavier than you ever were, trust me, I know, I dropped to 50 pounds and I was hospitalised. I weighed less than I did when I was 8. Skinny isn't worth the consequences. You'll never be skinny enough or good enough. And by the time you are, you'll be too dead to notice. Don't wait till it's too late to start treating yourself right.
Eating disorders screw with your life. You'll lose friends, family, hair, bone mass, cells, fluid. You will be in a lot of pain. Being skinny was worse than cutting or the abuse I went through. Starving to death is not a good experience. Feeling your organs and muscles deteriorate is not something anyone wants to live through.
I'm here if you ever need to talk. Try your best to eat. Ask for help.
Love,
Faith and Trust

An eating disorder does not help with weight loss, as has been said above you will end up heavier than you started. If you want to lose weight, please do it in a healthy way. Eating disorders are horrible and honestly not worth it. Stop while you still can.

The problem of massive stomach ashes is due to eat heavy food. So you should avoid to eat heavy food just concentrate on your diet and take a diet with proper diet plan

This exactly. You aren't fat, but if you want to lose weight don't do it with an ED. This will only make it harder for you. Do it in a healthy way. Like Kathy said, it is very hard to turn back once you start.
