What is the highest rank? like admin, mod etc. I think its admin but im not sure and who like is the head dog or creator of VT?

Scarface (Ronnie) and I administrate the site. The Global Moderators round our the senior staff team, moderating all forums and participating in the long-term decisionmakling for the site. Moderators moderate specific forums.

Hey, I suppose you read the FAQ, which explains it somewhere. Then there's the story (http://www.virtualteen.org/topics/about/story), which describes how VT was formed. :)
