Well I am 13 years old boy and i started puberty around 7-8 years old. And now i think i am getting off from puberty, yeah i am getting more serious, my voice is very deep now like Mature man, i don't think a lot about sex etc... My friends are still in puberty i laugh at them when they say some stupid jokes about sex...So is this normal? I think it isn't... And also i got now friends like 15-16 years old

Kid, puberty doesn't end until your early twenties or at least late teens if you're early. You're not done.

There's still a lot of muscle development and hair growth to come after your voice deepens.
