Hi, I am 15 Years old and i have never done my arm workouts. I want to get some nice biceps as well as want to make my chest hard. (it's all soft now) I need to invest some dumbbells but what should the weight be for a 15 year old?? Also I would like to gain some abs too! Any help appreciated

Push ups.

Sit ups.

It's not all about the weights. It's about form and control. You could just get some five pounders and work on your biceps lifting those. It's not about the amount you do either. Bad form means bad translation. The muscles you're aiming to work won't get worked on if you don't focus.

just remember sit up's don't lose weight if you want to lose weight do cardio and also you can do crunches for abs as well as sit ups will work too.

You would be better with a gym membership than dumbbells. If it's just dumbbells go for maybe 2 with at least 50lbs each. Do exercises like bench press, chest flies, incline bench press. For biceps do curls, preacher curls, hammers, concentrated curls. But for big arms you need triceps more than biceps biceps just add a peak. Try going on "bodybuilding.com" they have good plans

You should join the gym immediately to get the biceps muscles. And you must do workout under the supervision of good trainer to get better results.
